Data Security

Your data is protected with SSL/TLS encryption. Payment information is not stored on Mocksheets servers; all payments are processed PCI DSS-compliant via Stripe / Polar.

Cookies

We use the following cookie categories to deliver our service:

• Essential cookies: required for session management and security; cannot be disabled.
• Analytics cookies: we measure user behavior (page navigation, clicks) anonymously via Microsoft Clarity. Clarity is a GDPR-compliant session recording and heatmap service; sensitive data in video recordings is automatically masked.
• Preference cookies: used to remember your language and interface preferences.

You can disable analytics and preference cookies from your browser settings; some features may function with limitations.

Data Retention

• Account data: retained for the lifetime of your active account.
• Post-deletion: when you delete your account, personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.
• Payment records: retained for 10 years due to legal obligations (Turkish Commercial Code).

International Data Transfer

Your personal data is transferred to the following international infrastructure providers solely to deliver the service. Each provider is subject to its own privacy policy and international data-security standards:

• Supabase (USA): database and authentication infrastructure
• Anthropic (USA): AI prompt processing
• Stripe / Polar (USA): payment processing (PCI DSS Level 1 compliant)
• Microsoft Clarity (USA): anonymous user behavior analytics

Shopify Integration

When you connect Mocksheets to your Shopify store, the following store data is read with OAuth 2.0 authorization:

• Products: title, description, price, stock, tags (for AI product analysis)
• Orders: order amounts and statuses (for sales analytics)
• Customers: customer records (displayed in the dashboard only; not stored)
• Visitor behavior: page view, click, and add-to-cart events (anonymous, session-based; contain no personal data)

This data is processed solely for the store owner's own analytics and recommendations; it is never shared with or sold to third parties.

When you disconnect Shopify, your access token is immediately revoked and deleted from our servers. We support Shopify's GDPR-required customers/data_request, customers/redact, and shop/redact webhooks.
